Our Billing System
Design/labor hourly fee. We estimate upfront the total number of hours needed for the project. This total will not change during the course of the project.
Furniture rental. We charge a set rate for each piece of furniture, each piece of wall art, and the various decorative items that we bring into the house or condominium. We provide an upfront, final price that will not change, even if we decide later that more furniture or art is needed to enhance the look.
